The metal foils, polymer materials and fabric reinforced layer are once combined by a single composite process. In the middle is the metal foil layer (aluminum foil or copper foil), which mainly plays the role of resisting plant puncture, and has the function of waterproof and impermeability.

The two sides of the metal foil are compounded with maleic anhydride grafted modified polyethylene resin layer, which mainly plays a waterproof role, and this layer also has a certain role in resisting plant root puncture. The lower layer of the product is a nonwoven fabric layer, which is directly compounded on the resin waterproof layer, and can be bonded to the base of the cement structure with cement material, so that the product and the structure base are integrated into one, and the strong impact plant root puncture is more effective. According to the growth characteristics of different species and the actual situation of the project, the upper layer of the product is composed of non-woven fabrics and felt of different thickness, which mainly protect the waterproof root material, filter the sediment, prevent the loss of nutrient soil, discharge the excess water and store a certain amount of water for plant growth.

The construction of the product uses a special supporting waterproof resistance root polymer adhesive added to the cement to prepare the adhesive and the cement base layer bonding, the formed bonding layer has the dual role of waterproof and stop plants, when the waterproof sheet is accidentally damaged, the bonding layer can also play the role of waterproof resistance root, which is not available in its chemical material, more effectively ensure the quality of the project.
